It ranked the junior program 3rd in the World, and the center itself 2nd in the World for Best Instructional Programs and Events. Sports are just part of the fun at Palmetto Dunes. With three miles of prime Atlantic Ocean beach and 11 miles of a winding lagoon system teeming with wildlife, Hilton Head Outfitters offers kayaks, canoes, bicycles, fishing rods, beach gear and more. The saltwater lagoon system is an ideal venue for kayaking, boating, fishing and touring. And then, of course, there is beach walking and beachcombing. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Check in location is 21 Pope Ave- Executive Park Road. The lock box at the ResortQuest Hilton Head Welcome Center office on Pope Avenue is just to the right of our front door. You will be issued an entry code upon confirmation of payment. Hilton Head Island is the perfect setting for our three world-class golf courses, award-winning tennis center, and 11-mile lagoon that invites guests in kayaks and canoes to share a pristine, natural environment with 40 species of birds and fish.
