Gemini International is proud to present some of the finest vacation homes, all conveniently located within an 18 mile radius of the famous Walt Disney World Resort Florida. Your family can simply sit back and enjoy the luxury of your own private home. These homes are maintained to the highest standard and all boast their own private sparkling pools. Set in quiet residential communities each Gemini Vacation Home includes at least one master bedroom with en-suite facilities. Some homes are situated in communities with extra amenities including tennis courts, basketball courts and play areas. Each of our homes are complete with fully equipped kitchens with a dishwasher, microwave, full cookers, stoves and full laundry facilities. All homes are fully air conditioned and are strictly non-smoking. Please note all villas are rented on a self catering basis. Sample all the world famous attractions that Florida has to offer right on your very own door step, including some of the most famous theme parks- SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios. Some of the finest golf courses and crystal clear beaches are also a short drive away. If this is not enough then the shopping experiences that are available will simply blow you away. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. All bookings are subject to a USD 50.00 Accidental Rental Damage Insurance fee. Cleaning fees are as follows and apply for 5 nights or less- 3 bed home USD 75.00, 4 bed home USD 85.00, 5 bed home USD 95.00. Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is at 10am.
