Utility payments at City Hall to end Monday

This brochure is available at Bartow City Hall for customers. It explains the ways utility customers can make payments now that they will no longer be accepted at City Hall customer service department.

Come Monday utility customers of the City of Bartow can no longer make their payments at City Hall.

That doesn’t mean there will be no customer service department, but they will no longer accept payments there.
