The on-and-off rain may have played a role keeping attendance down at this past Tuesday’s WineDown. Also vying for people’s participation was the open house at the George Harris Youth Shelter.
Regardless, those who chose to imbibe agreed they enjoyed themselves as they went from one business to another; a total of 10 that participated. At each store or restaurant, they had the opportunity to sample wines and feast on a variety of snacks, from gourmet chocolates and wraps to fresh fruit on skewers and baked goods.
