School is never out for the summer for those who are in its employ. From top to bottom, from the superintendent to those who keep school buildings functioning, summer is the opportunity to prepare for the following school year, and that often involves change.

The new school year is now slightly more than one month old. While many parents and guardians and students are aware of the many changes, such as new teachers, principals and assistant or associate vice principals, they may be unaware of something else, something just as vital to learning: Good nutrition.
