It may not be the official start of the annual L.B. Brown Festival, but it definitely is a highlight — if not the highlight — of the festival: The L.B. Brown Youth Leadership Awards Ceremony.
As he has in previous years, Clifton P. Lewis, who oversees the historic L.B. Brown House, welcomed all who were present.
