The City of Bartow was bloomin’ all over this past weekend in spite of the chilly weather. The Bartow Garden Club was at the heart of the festival with their annual flower show at Community Southern Bank.

Eda Marchman and Audrey Swindal were co-chairmen of the show, “Look for the Silver Lining.” Judges co-chairmen P.J. Black and Rita Hilton announced that the Nationally Accredited Flower Show Judges came from Sarasota, Venice, Fort Myers and Plant City.
