January through December, Bartowans observe special occasions each year with parades and festivals, and even celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a traditional unparade.

Inspired by Bartow’s slogan, “City of Oaks and Azaleas,” a new celebration of spring, families and fun is being planned. The inaugural Azalea Festival is a quality of life event project of the Greater Bartow Chamber of Commerce, to be presented by Spath Jewelers.
