Gerald Cochran is running for a Bartow City Commission seat for the 21st time. He has never won a seat. He has attended city commission meetings on a regular basis for the last 40 years. The following are responses to his questions about items that are commissioners decide upon. These are not direct quotes but summaries of his responses. The election on Tuesday, April 2 is for Seat 3 on the commission, which covers the north area of Bartow.
