School’s Spring Fling an afternoon of fun

The Bartow Elementary Academy PTA held its second Spring Fling fundraiser Friday, March 15.
According to PTA President Melissa Putnam, the Spring Fling, a festival for both students and family members, was in lieu of most typical fundraisers, such as bake sales, car washes and the like.
