Many Americans and Hawaii soldiers of all colors were fighting for their lives, including children, doctors, nurses, teachers, Navy personal, janitors, etc. This is a class action suit to help those who could prove they were in the bombings at Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941, through the end of World War II.
Ray Levin & Co. is starting a class action against the Japanese government and with the help with the United States government, because they were never compensated for the mental, emotional and physical anguish they sustained from the bombing.
