Roy Lynn Whitman, 49, of Lakeland, passed away Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012. He was born Nov. 7, 1962, in Bartow and was a lifelong resident of the area.

Visitation: Thursday, Sept. 6, at 2-3 p.m., at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home. Services will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home.

i have fond memories playing with Lynn in O.B. Lindsey's garden when we were little kids. I am sorry for your loss Aunt Eloise. Love Joe.
