Luther Fox, 76, of Homeland, passed away Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012, at Bartow Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Fox was born March 21, 1936, in Foxtown, Ky., and moved to Homeland from Fort Meade several years ago. He was a truck driver for Severt & Sons Produce.

He is survived by his wife Jean Shiver Fox of Homeland; sons, Vernon Fox of Bartow, Michael Cramer of Rhode Island, and Dustin High of Frostproof; daughters, Betty Lou Fodrie of Buford, N.C., Linda
Faye Fox of Arcadia, and Crystal Harrell of Bradley; his mother-in-law, Edna Shiver of Bowling Green; a brother, Gilbert Fox of Waynesville, Ohio; a sister, Bertha Davis of Georgia; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m., Friday, Sept. 14, at Hancock Funeral Home, Fort Meade.
