A Bartow resident was booked into the Polk County Jail on a robbery charge during the investigation into the killing of a Haines City man.

Jenny Leigh Holmes, 25, 5748 Pipes Road, Bartow, was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery in the killing that took place Monday, Aug. 6, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office reports.
