Recently, the Bartow Police Department made a bold move to increase effectiveness in the community.

The BPD Community Services Team was implemented on Nov. 12 and was created by reassigning three officers and our crime analyst to a special assignment with specific objectives. It consists of Cpl. Bryan Dorman, Officer Michael Dion, Officer Jason McCain and Crime Analyst/Crime Prevention Coordinator Lyn Bryan.
