Women arrested for vandalizing car

Two women were arrested Sunday for damaging the vehicle of a neighbor with whom they reportedly had an ongoing feud.
The victim parked her 2003 red Buick Century near the entrance to the Bartow Wal-mart, according to the police report, and entered the store; there being no damage to her car at that time.
