Cody Malys left no question as to who the champion was at the Lakeland Jr. Bassmaster’s two-day Classic on Kissimmee.

Malys boated 32.48 pounds to capture the 15-18 year old division, while Mike Boswell claimed second with 15.38 pounds, followed by Harry Linsinbigler with 14.31 pounds.

The 11-14 year olds also fought an intense battle for Classic victory. Cole Schmucker won soundly with 19.41 pounds, followed by Jackson Williams with 13.99 pounds, including the 7.18 pound biggest bass of the tournament.

Dalton Gorman took third with 12.4 pounds.

Elite Series angler Bobby Lane helped emcee the final weigh-in Sunday, while his daughter emceed the monthly raffle.
