The American League champions Detroit Tigers has released its spring training schedule and 18 games will be played at Joker Marchant Stadium.

Next spring marks the Tigers’ 77th season at TigerTown in Lakeland, extending the longest-standing relationship between a major league team and a current Spring Training host city. The 2013 spring season marks the club’s 48th consecutive season of exhibition play at Joker Marchant Stadium.
