B.E.S.T.T. marks start of 20th year

Fundraising letters have gone into the mail to business and community leaders as B.E.S.T.T. — Bartow High School’s community support organization — begins its 20th year.
The name is an acronym for Best in Education for Students of Today and Tomorrow.
