Attendance — and more so, enthusiasm — was high this past Saturday, Dec. 8, at the Polk Street Center, at the Residents for Community Improvements, Inc.’s fifth annual Evening in Splendor gala banquet.
“This is a way for people to come together,” said Gloria Washington, RCI president. “That is the theme this year, community unity.”
