The Democratic Party of DeSoto County officially opened its new office with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday evening. Located at 207 W. Oak St., the office will be staffed with volunteers and is expected to be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday. For information or to volunteer, call 863-303-3636 or 863-993-1720.
