ARCADIA — The DeSoto-Arcadia Regional Transit is growing and learning. The county’s first mass transit project has been a learning experience for the county, said DeSoto Social Services Director Peggy Waters.
“That’s the beauty of this program, we can tweak it to fit the needs of the community,” she said.
