DESOTO COUNTY — The Board of County Commissioners met Tuesday for a workshop to discuss the possibility of building — and where — a new fire station.

Addressing the board, DeSoto Fire Rescue Chief Glenn Prescott recommended that the council build a new fire station at the old Coca-Cola property downtown.
