DESOTO COUNTY — DeSoto School District Superintendent Karyn Gary reported Tuesday at the School Board’s regular meeting that she had suspended DeSoto County High School Head Baseball Coach Brett Crutchfield.

“Today, I did suspend and place an employee on administrative leave with pay, pending an investigation, and that is baseball coach Brett Crutchfield. So, once the investigation is complete, we will advise you on the outcome of that investigation,” Gary said at the meeting.
