As the years accumulate, we seniors become more aware of precautions to safeguard our health. And this, we realize, is more advantageous if one can manage it without additions to your present prescription load. I’m fortunate that I only need two prescription medicines to keep my blood pressure in check, and I’d like to keep it at that minimum. So how do I manage that?
