DESOTO COUNTY — The DeSoto County Sheriff’s office reported the arrest of three teens — one a minor — for allegedly breaking into the Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority on Kings Highway, taking some equipment and electronics, and driving three vehicles to Port Charlotte.

The two adults arrested for these alleged events are William Kyle Neads, 18, of the 6900 block of S.W. Miami Ave., and Johnny Lee Rivera, 18, of the 2600 block of S.W. Beard St., both of Arcadia. Both are charged with unarmed burglary of a conveyance, unarmed burglary of a structure, grand theft with value between $5,000 and $10,000, and three counts of vehicle theft. Neads was released on $36,000 bond. Rivera is being held in the DeSoto County Jail on $39,500 bond. The minor, age 17, was also arrested and is being held out of county in a juvenile facility.
