DESOTO COUNTY — Two men are behind bars today following an escapade in which they allegedly led deputies on a three-county chase.

According to the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office report, around 8 a.m. Thursday morning, DCSO learned that Cole Edward Wooten, 22, of the 10800 block of S.W. Kissimmee Road in Fort Ogden, was seen heading south on U.S. Highway 17. As deputies approached the car, they allegedly saw Justin Michael O’Neil, 26, of the 1700 block of N.E. Kelly Drive, Arcadia, driving a black Camaro with a male passenger.
