Lady Bulldogs JV soccer team impresses off the field

The JV girls soccer team enjoyed their pizza after their final game of the season. Part of the cost was paid by a couple at the concession stand that were impressed with the politeness and well mannered girls on the team.
After the last soccer game of the season at Lemon Bay High School in Englewood, the JV team had to wait until the varsity finished their game before they would be able to ride the bus back to DeSoto. With an approximate return time of 10:30 p.m., it would be a long time between lunch and their return to DeSoto High.
Some of the girls forgot their food money so four pizzas were ordered and delivered to the field for them. Mr. and Mrs. Stuckey were working at the concession stand. Their daughter Sarah had scored the game winning goal against the Bulldogs.
