CAPE CORAL — The Lemon Bay High School girls tennis team accomplished what it needed to before the rain halted Wednesday’s match.

The Manta Rays won all five singles matches to hand Mariner its first loss and win a match with big District 2A-11 tournament implications. With the win, the Mantas all but locked up the overall top seed for the tournament and will have the top individual ranking in all but No. 1 singles. Mariner likely will be the No. 2 seed.
