Bargain shopping: SCAT buys used buses

SARASOTA COUNTY — The Sarasota County Commission agreed to a contract this week to purchase five used Gillig low-floor buses for the Sarasota County Area Transit system from Palm Beach County for a total of $5.
That’s not a typo.
