Englewood's Cody Barber, 15, is "ecstatic" to skate at night at the Berlin Skate Park. The park is located at the Ann Dever Memorial Regional Park on San Casa Drive in Englewood. The park now is open from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 11 a.m. to 9 pm Saturday and Sunday; it is closed Mondays.
ENGLEWOOD — Five years after it was built, the lights are on at the J.M. Berlin/Rotary Skate Park in Englewood.
Jean Berlin, whose $200,000 donation helped to build the park named for her late husband, said she’s happy the park finally is illuminated for nighttime use.
