MATALACHA PASS — As a high-ranked administrator with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Nancy Stoner normally watches over the nation’s water resources like a hawk soaring at 10,000 feet.
But she zoomed in for a close-up look at Charlotte Harbor on Thursday, when she was taken on an all-day tour via pontoon boat.
