ENGLEWOOD — The Country Music Show started as an informal jam session for Holiday Park resident musicians and has grown into a regional free concert most Saturday nights from January to March. The 2013 season began Jan. 5. Jam sessions feature live country music, gospel, bluegrass and more by musicians from Port Charlotte, Venice, Arcadia and everywhere between. Admission is free and all are welcome to attend at Holiday Travel Park, 1475 Flamingo Drive. Anyone can come and play or sing, but must call and rehearse with the house band the Monday prior to playing. Call 941-474-2670.
