ENGLEWOOD — The Ninth Annual Capt. John Breuggeman Memorial Grouper Tournament was held this weekend to benefit Lemon Bay High School’s scholarship fund. A retired Englewood Elementary School teacher of 28 years, Connie Breuggeman organizes it each year in memory of her husband.

There were 28 boats entered this year (in 2012, there were 18) including new and returning captains and crews.
