Ninety-plus members attended the South Gulf Cove Yacht Club’s Commodore’s Ball Jan. 12 at the Hills Golf and Country Club in Rotonda. Pat DiPierro, outgoing commodore, introduced the new Bridge for 2013. The yacht club is open to residents and landowners of South Gulf Cove. Boat ownership is not required. The 359 members participate in events, including dances, luncheons, boat parades, trips and more throughout the year.
