The Honey House was located at the end of Wentworth Street where Royal Palm Marina is located today. This photo is from the 1920s.
By 1920, Carl Biorseth, who was called the Englewood Bee Man, had built a sizable bee business in Englewood.
He had many apiaries or bee yards in Englewood, a retail store in Sarasota, and had become the state bee inspector.
