This is not an article I normally write, but it has to be written and I am asking for assistance.

I received a call from a friend, Diana Harris, about a dog who had been adopted by a neighbor of hers. The concern was this man’s health and ability to take care of a dog. Unfortunately, the dog’s new owner died soon after.
