Schuyler Bush, the new director of Englewood Meals on Wheels, has owned his own restaurant — it’s a burn-out business, he says — but at age 75 he’s back in, so to speak.

Since December, Bush has been overseeing food preparation and delivery of about 150 meals a day, six days a week, for Englewood area residents who might otherwise be unable to live independently.
