PUNTA GORDA — Port Charlotte High School’s Michelle Atherly was a force at the Lady Tarpon Invitational on Thursday.

Atherly won the high jump and the 300-meter hurdles and helped Port Charlotte to a sixth-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay to accumulate most of the Pirates’ 26 points, good for 12th overall.
