PORT CHARLOTTE — An error on a foul pop-up led to four unearned runs for Venice High School in a 6-3 win against Port Charlotte Friday night in a District 7A-11 contest at the Pirate Cove.

Sophomore catcher Delaney Frazier, filling in for the injured Taylor Baker, went 2 for 3, scored twice and drove in three runs. Two of her RBIs came with a single in the decisive fourth inning.
