Ronald Solano, Rotary District 4240 ADG for Costa Rica and past president of the Rotary Club of Alajuela, spoke to the Lake Placid Noon Rotary Club on Thursday, Nov. 29 about projects to benefit special needs children of his community.

Solano was in Lake Placid to attend Saturday’s annual World Famous Wild Game Dinner hosted by the Rotary Club.
