Florida Hospital Heartland Medical Center is sponsoring a free quit smoking program during the months of January and February in Sebring, and in Lake Placid.

The program will have three different classes. The first will be Jan. 8-Feb. 5 at Florida Hospital Heartland Medical Center, located at 4200 Sun N Lake Blvd in Sebring in the Upstairs Conference room from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. for six weeks. The second class will start on Wednesday, Jan. 9 from noon to 1 p.m. in the same location. The third class will also start Jan. 9 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Lake Placid Seventh-Day Adventist Church Better Living Community Center, located at 24 E Phoenix in Lake Placid.
