Friends joined with elected officials and county staff Friday afternoon for a farewell party for retiring Highlands County Supervisor of Elections Joe Campbell. He held the position for 16 years.
Among those on hand to celebrate Campbell’s retirement was his 94-year-old mother, Kathleen.
