Four 4-H representatives from Highlands County joined more than 200 youth and adult leaders from 31 counties for a statewide Teen Health summit at Camp Ocala the weekend of Jan. 18. The four area youngsters were Shelby Ball, April Garcia, Megan Sowards and Julia Van Fleet

4-H Leadership Adventure Weekend is an annual event for youth ages 13-18. This year, Florida 4-H partnered with United Healthcare to host a “Teen Healthy Lifestyles Summit” as a part of LAW.
