A week of vacation saw Cindy and me traverse the state for Christmas and New Year’s holiday visits with family and friends. With the exception of three days, the vacation was unscripted. We simply did what we wanted, when we wanted.

We enjoyed pre-holiday visits with grandchildren in Lake Placid, Lake Mary and Ft. Lauderdale. We shared the company of family and friends for a post-holiday celebration, too, bringing together more than 40 members of the extended Delaney family.
