Deborah Lynn Turner

Deborah Lynn Turner, 58, of Lake Placid, died at her residence early Wednesday morning, Jan. 16, 2013.

Born June 26, 1954 in Chicago, Ill. to Geraldine and Leonard Worley, she spent most of her life in Lake Placid. She was a paralegal and worked for lawyers and title offices, most recently for seven years at Liberty Title Company in Sebring as operating manager. She enjoyed ceramics, painting and reading. She was a Christian.

Mrs. Turner is survived by her mother, Louise Strickland, and father, Leonard Worley; children, Chad Ellis, and Cameron and Tia Jacobs, all of Lake Placid; siblings Steve Worley of LaBelle and Marty Worley of Columbus, Ga.; half siblings Savon Cooper, Kim Wilson, Gilbert Worley, Diana Pittman, Jimmy and Lenny Worley, Wes and Rick Rogers; and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. Monday at the Ministry Center in Lake Placid with Pastor Lonnie Wells officiating. Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lake Placid.

Funeral arrangements were under the devotion of Michael A. Brochetti Funeral Home, Lake Placid.
