Corrine Elizabeth Green Motyl, 89, of Lake Placid, died early Wednesday morning, Jan. 16, 2013, at Southern Lifestyle assisted living facility in Lake Placid.

Born May 4, 1923, in Ft. Denaud to Jessie and Jack Green, she worked for Sears in Ft. Myers for many years as the cafeteria manager. She moved to Lake Placid 20 years ago from Ft. Myers. Mrs. Motyl enjoyed dancing and singing. She was a Baptist by faith.

Mrs. Motyl is survived by her children, Loretta DeLozier and James Davidson, both of Lake Placid, and Shirley Neary of Ft. Myers; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband John.

Funeral services were Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Lake Placid with Pastor Paul von Merveldt as celebrant. Burial followed at Lee Memorial Park in Ft. Myers where she will be laid to rest beside her husband.

Funeral arrangements were under the devotion of Michael A. Brochetti Funeral Home, Lake Placid.
