William Edgar Sullivan
William Edgar Sullivan, 92, of Lake Placid, died Thursday evening Jan. 31, 2013, at Lake Placid Health Care Center.
Born June 30, 1920, to Malinda and William H. Sullivan of Shirley, Ind., where he was raised, Mr. Sullivan was retired from Delco-Remy, a General Motors plant in Anderson, Ind. He came to Lake Placid in 2000, moving from Coolin, Idaho, where he lived for 32 years. He was a U.S. Army WWII veteran, serving in North Africa and Italy.
Mr. Sullivan is survived by his wife, Mary Ann (Moulden); three stepsons, John Mann of Muncie, Ind., Tom Mann of Xenia, Ohio, and Alan Trueblood of Plainfield, Ind., stepdaughter Connie Sparks of Spokane, Wash; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother, Eugene.
Arrangements are under the devotion of Michael A. Brochetti Funeral Home, Lake Placid.
