James A. Garwood

James A. Garwood of Lake Placid and La Porte, Ind., passed away Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at Florida Heartland Medical Center in Sebring.

Mr. Garwood was a member of the Skylark Dance Band and the Highlands County Concert Band. He attended Memorial United Methodist Church in Lake Placid where he was a member of the choir.

A memorial service celebrating Mr. Garwood’s life will be in Lake Placid at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Scott Funeral Home, Lake Placid.
