The Lake Placid Lady Dragon tennis team was edged by the LaBelle Cowgirls, 3-4, in a match played there Monday afternoon, Feb. 11.

Lady Green number one singles player, Hannah Waller, lost to Dusty Catala 3-6, 4-6. Stepanie Rodriguez bowed to Bianca Hernandez 4-6, 4-6 in number two singles. Claire LeBlanc, number three on the Lake Placid ladder, lost to Suzanna Talada 4-6, 1-6. Lake Placid’s number for singles player, Jenna Blount, defeated Jacqueline Santiago 6-3, 7-6. Rachel Shattler extended Melissa Dunham to three sets before losing 6-3, 4-6, 3-6.
